OREANDA-NEWS. January 20, 2010. The general meeting of shareholders of Alfa Sigorta insurance company adopted decision to raise charter capital of the company. Alfa Sigorta informed that the shareholders decided to increase charter capital up to AZN 3.1 million.

“The capital will be increased by means of issue of ordinary, registered,  book-entry shares of Alfa Sigorta in the amount of AZN 1.4 million (1,400 shares with par value of AZN 1,000 each),” the company informed. Presently, charter capital of the company totals AZN 1.7 million.

Tekhnikabank is single shareholder Alfa Sigorta company from 2006.
