OREANDA-NEWS. January 20, 2010. Tatfundbank swaps LPN-2010 for new Eurobonds starting from USD 100 mn. Russian Tatfundbank affiliated with the government of the Republic of Tatarstan, has offered investors to swap Eurobonds (LPN) with maturity in April 2010 for new securities starting from USD 100 mn with maturity in 2012, the bank said. Tatafundbank placed USD 200 mn LPNs with a 9.75% coupon in April 2007. The bank has offered to swap the securities for a new issue at a rate of 1.01%.
