OREANDA-NEWS. January 20, 2010. Petro Estate Group is to develop a 34,050-square-metre mixed-use shopping centre on 86 Vernadskogo Avenue in southwestern Moscow.

According to a source from City Hall, this year Petro Estate Group is to design the structure and obtain a permit to build it. The company will pay 61.5 per cent of the cadastral value of the building site as a rental payment in 2010.

When it is done, the shopping centre as well as pipelines and networks will be under construction within a time frame set by the project documentation.

The official added that the city government’s order aimed at implementing the project had been signed by Moscow’s acting mayor Vladimir Resin.
