OREANDA-NEWS. January 20, 2010. The Forum bank shareholders set the date of their next EGM on 4 March 2010. The EGM will consider an increase of the FORM charter fund, which was previously suggested to be either UAH 1.1bn or UAH 0.3bn.

Millennium Capital sees the news to be positive for FORM, since, at the very least, it decreases the uncertainty as to the conflict between banks’ major shareholders, Commerzbank and Mr. Yurushev. Millennium Capital is inclined to believe that the FORM charter fund will be increase by UAH 1.1bn, with the Commerzbank increasing its stake in the FORM’s capital.
