MEGABANK Changes Its Image
OREANDA-NEWS. January 20, 2010. MEGABANK,PJSC begins a phased rebranding. The complex of measures will affect the brand: logotype, visual branding with changed positioning, the ideology of the brand will also be changed, reported the press-centre of MEGABANK.
As the Chairman of the Management Board of MEGABANK,PJSC Olena Zhukova underlined, rebranding is necessitated by changes in the life of the bank, and primarily by the fact that the bank has gotten new shareholders and partners in the face of major European financial institutions: EBRD, KfW, IFC, EFSE.
"The changes in the external style are the reflection of internal changes, underway in MEGABANK,PJSC, - said O.Zhukova. According to her words for the last several years MEGABANK,PJSC has become a powerful player on the financial market. The bank constantly strengthens its positions, implementing the newest technologies, applying innovative methods and banking products.
A successful rebranding will enable MEGABANK,PJSC to come out at a new level of development, attract the attention of new clients and boost the loyalty of existing ones.
As the deputy chairman of the bank's Management Board Vyacheslav Ryutin informed, the rebranding will be phased in step-by-step. The renewed brand of MEGABANK,PJSC is planned to be presented in the first quarter of the current year. To support the renewed brand a massive ad campaign will be held. In the first quarter of the year the restyling of bank's branches will begin (first - in Kharkov, and then - in other regions of Ukraine).
