OREANDA-NEWS. January 18, 2010. 15th Safety and Security Forum -2010 will take place in Moscow, Crocus Expo, on Feb. 2 – 5. The Forum provides the opportunity to display modern security products, technologies, solutions and services in :
• Law-enforcement activity;
• IT and communications;
• Transport;
• Manufacturing industry;
• Trade and infrastructure sites;
• Construction.
Over 300 participants from 16 countries are expected to arrive.

In the framework of the Forum, Russian State Duma Transport Board, Ministry of Transport, Russian Federal Space Agency and other entities organize workshop “GLONASS for Transport Safety”.

The event is aimed at defining spectrum of opinions and problems regarding introduction of Russian Global Navigation System GLONASS into the transport industry. Participants of the round table will also discuss various aspects with respect to GLONASS application in Russia and in foreign countries, and evaluate system benefits for transport security level and quality.
