OREANDA-NEWS. January 18, 2010. An insurance subsidiary of BTA Bank Insurance company London-Almaty (Almaty), listing on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE the Board of Directors made the following decisions, reported the press-centre of KASE:

- Altynay Kalymbaev ended her tenure as deputy chairman of the management board on January 1, 2010;

- risk manager Alexey Mokhnatkin became a member of the management board on January 1, 2010;

- the share register will be maintained by Tsentr DAR.
