OREANDA-NEWS. January 18, 2010. IBA received a letter of thanks from the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Belarus for successful creation of an electronic document management system based on Chancellor, the IBA proprietary software product. The IBA-implemented project included automation of the ministry’s workflow management. The system provides full-cycle centralized document management in real time, reported the press-centre of IBA.

In his letter, Gennady Tumelevitch, Head of Personnel and Record Management Department, says: “IBA closely cooperates with the Ministry of Trade. Successful implementation of the project would not be possible without involvement of the highly qualified specialists from IBA. IBA demonstrates high professionalism, quick reaction to the changing requirements, and comprehensive consulting on the arising problems.”
