OREANDA-NEWS. January 15, 2010. In March of the current year, it is planned to organize the training of the management and specialists of IDGC of North-West.

IDGC of North-West approved the “Labor Safety Policy” with the goal to provide the safety and healthy working conditions and set the unified requirements to all the branches of the company. The correspondent order was signed by Alexander Kukhmay, General Director.  

The major directions of the policy of the company in the sphere of labor safety are the provision of the priority of life and health protection of the personnel to the result of the industrial activity of the Company.

The basis for the labor safety policy is the requirements of the international standard “System of health management and the industrial safety” OHSAS-180001 as well as the Interstate standard GOST 12.0.230-2007 “System of labor safety standards. Systems of labor safety management. General Requirements”

“Labor Safety Policy” is identical to the document of the International labor organization. The management of the company is responsible for the realization of the policy.

Vladimir Shchelkonogov, Organizational Development and Personnel Management Deputy General Director of IDGC of North-West is to provide the development of the Policy realization program for 2010-2012 years in accordance with the order.

This is the next step directed to the implementation of the international standards to the work of the company. In March of the current year they plan to organize the training of the managers and specialists of IDGC of North-West to the requirements of the standard and the development of the Policy realization documents.
