The Neustrashimy frigate will replace the Admiral Chabanenko destroyer, Russia's Northern Fleet.

Detachment of Russian warships led by the Neustrashimy frigate and two supply ships are in the Mediterranean Sea.

After the passage of the Suez Canal and the exchange of information with the Admiral Chabanenko destroyer the Neustrashimy frigate will assume the task to maintenance of security of navigation.
