OREANDA-NEWS. January 15, 2010. Administration of the city of Magadan will assign 3 mln roubles to install GLONASS/GPS equipment on urban taxies and buses. 3 more million will be spent also by the transport companies in the city.

The data acquired from the navigation sensors allow to control drivers, analyze passenger traffic, thus providing the opportunity to make decisions about enlarging the number of vehicles.
