Recently, there have been a number of untrue media reports which claim that an appraisal of the Svyazinvest Group of companies has been made.  In this connection, the management of Svyazinvest hereby serves notice that the appraisal of companies being carried out by independent appraiser Ernst & Young, as part of the holding’s reorganization, has not yet been completed.  Consequently, any and all information concerning the appraisal of the Group of companies, which could be made public before the announcement according to the established procedure, may differ dramatically from the official results of the appraisal.
