OREANDA-NEWS. January 15, 2010. Ingosstrakh provided third-party liability insurance to Aeroexpress LLC, a company which performs railway transportation to Moscow airports. Each month over 700,000 passengers use the company's services.

The carrier’s liability related to life, health and property of passengers is insured since January 1, 2010. Moreover, the insurance covers the expenses incurred by the passengers to purchase airline tickets, in case the passenger misses the flight due to the proven fault of the railway carrier.

The contract is valid for one year or until the entry into force of the law "On Compulsory Insurance of the Carrier’s Third-Party Liability". The insured amount is RUR 150,000,000 (no more than RUR 2,000,000 per passenger).
