OREANDA-NEWS. January 15, 2010. Ivan Novikov, the Director of the Legal Department of Ingosstrakh OJSIC, and Tatyana Kaygorodova, Head of the Direct Investments Department, became members of the company’s Management Board. The relevant resolution was made last year on December 25 at the meeting of the Insurer's Board of Directors.

In his new capacity, Ivan Novikov will be responsible for legal support issues and subrogation activity of Ingosstrakh OJSIC. Tatyana Kaygorodova will supervise the activity of Russian and foreign companies which belong to the INGO Group, transactions related to mergers and takeovers, issues related to voluntary and compulsory medical insurance, including the development of Ingosstrakh OJSIC’s own network of clinics.

Ivan Novikov was born on March 15, 1971 in Moscow. In 1993 he graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov. On the same year he began working in Ingosstrakh OJSIC as an expert of the Legal Department. He has been the Director of the Legal Department of Ingosstrakh since 2005. I. Novikov is a II rank honored employee of Ingosstrakh OJSIC; he has been rewarded with a diploma of the All-Russian Union of Insurers for the contribution in licensing insurance activity in the Russian Federation. In 2007 the Legal Department of Ingosstrakh won the contest "’Best Legal Departments in Russia’ among insurance companies. I. Novikov is an arbiter of the Moscow Arbitration Commission of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.

Tatyana Kaygorodova was born in Moscow. From 1989 until 1994 she attended the financial-economic faculty Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation, majoring in Finances and Credit, and obtained the qualification of ‘economist’. Ms. T. Kaygorodova worked from 1991 until 1997 in the audit company Ekuran. She began as an Assistant, and eventually became the company’s General Director. From 1997 until 2000 she has been the Head of the Credit Risk Analysis Department; then she became the Head of the Administration for development and control over branches’ activity in Mezhkombank. From 2000 until 2001 she worked in Russian Standard Bank. At first she was the Head of the Retail Lending Unit, and then she became the Head of the Administration for small and medium business lending. In 2001-2002 she managed the Corporate Lending Department of Eurofinance bank. From 2002 until 2003 she managed the Administration for small and medium business of Petrokommerts bank. Before working in Ingosstrakh, Tatyana Kaygorodova has been the Vice-president and Head of the Corporate Clients Administration of DeltaBank for two years and a half, from 2003 until 2005. She supervised corporate lending, small and medium business lending, and attraction of deposits and sale of bank bills. Since August 2005, Tatyana Kaygorodova has been working in Ingosstrakh as the Head of the Direct Investments Department. She is responsible for the performance of transactions related to tmergers and takeovers, activity of subsidiaries, performance of the necessary juridical procedures related to meetings of shareholders, additional issues, changes in the authorized capitals of subsidiaries. Tatyana Kaygorodova is married and has two children.

Ingosstrakh OJSIC's Management Board is the Company's exexutive body which manages the Insurer's current activity. The Insurer's Management Board is elected by the Board of Directors and has at least five members.
