OREANDA-NEWS. January 15, 2010. The Baltic airline company “airBaltic” restores direct flights from Vilnius to Rome. The afternoon flights shall be made three times a week – on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays, reported the press-centre of Vilnius airport.

The “airBaltic” airplane which carries passengers to Rome directly, shall take off from Vilnius airport at 16:30 pm. It will take 2 hours and 50 minutes for passengers to fly to Italy by the airplane “Boeing 737-500”.

This has been the fifth direct route from Vilnius restored by the airline company after Vilnius airport decreased its charges.

In the meantime, “airBaltic” makes direct flights to Paris, Berlin, Munich, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, and Rome.
