OREANDA-NEWS. January 14, 2010. The competition of branches of IDGC of North-West will take place in Vologda and All-Russian ones - in Penza.

From September 6 to 10 of 2010, the city of Penza will witness the professional skills contest of the overhead lines’ operation crews at the basis of the training area of “Penzaenergo” branch of IDGC of Volga, JSC. The correspondent order was signed by Nikolay Shvets, General Director of JSC “IDGC Holding”

The goal of the competitions is the improvement of the level of the professional training and the development of the advanced and new methods of work.
With the goal of the organization of the preparation of the team of IDGC of North-West to take part in All-Russian contests they established the organizational committee which is headed by Vladimir Shchelkonogov – Organizational Development and Personnel Management Deputy General Director.

It is planned that before May, the branches of IDGC of North-West will carry out the skills contests among the overhead lines’ operation crews of the industrial subdivisions. According to their results, they chose the teams for the participation in the regional competitions which will take part in Vologda approximately in June of the current year. The team-winner will go to Penza to the All-Russian competitions of IDGC Holding.
