OREANDA-NEWS. January 14, 2010. “Engineering Center UES” received certificates documenting clearance for all types of engineering work – engineering survey, preparation of design documentation and construction. Certificates were issued by Self-regulating Organizations (SRO).

“Engineering Center UES” is a member of the following Self-regulating Organizations – Non-Commercial Partnership “Union of organizations involved in construction, remodeling and overhaul of energy facilities, power grids and substations “ENERGOSTROY” (issues permits for 35 types of construction work), SRO “Association for town planning and development “ (issues permits for 12 types of design work) and SRO Association “Engineering survey in construction” (issues permits for 6 types of work in the area of engineering survey).

In accordance with p. 6.1 of Article 18 of Federal law №128-FZ edition currently in force entitled “On licensing of individual types of activities”, from January 01, 2010 licensing is ceased for design work, construction and engineering survey for buildings and structures, with the exception of structures of seasonal or auxiliary purpose. Issue of new licenses for implementation of the stated types of activity stopped on January 01, 2009 and on January 01, 2010 the previously issued licenses will expire.

In 2010, implementation of work that can influence the security of capital construction projects will be possible only in case of availability of certificate confirming clearance for such work issued by a Self-regulating Organization.
