OREANDA-NEWS. January 13, 2010. The Azerbaijani State Securities Committee  (ASSC) registered capital stock issues of insurance company Azal Sigorta.

ASSC informed that on 11th January, issue of ordinary, registered, book-entry shares of Azal Sigorta in the amount of AZN 2 million passed state registration.

5,000 shares with par value of AZN 400 each were registered in all.

Placement of shares of Azal Sigorta will be carried out by means of conversion of 5,000 shares with par value of AZN 317 each.

Presently, the company’s charter capital totals AZN 1 million. After placement the charter capital should amount to AZN 3 million.
