At the opening ceremony of Multifunctional Center for the Organization of Providing State and Municipal Services in the Novosibirsk Region (MFC), Governor Viktor Tolokonsky expressed gratitude to the employees of Sibirtelecom Company for the fruitful cooperation in the performance of the administrative reform and for the full range of telecommunication services provided by the MFC.

Sibirtelecom established intraindustrial communication and provided a broad-band Internet access via a fiber optic network for the multifunctional Center.    “The multifunctional Center in Novosibirsk will favor the improvement of quality and make services available to the population. As a major operator of telecommunication services, Sibirtelecom regularly acts as a partner of state and municipal institutions of the Novosibirsk region,“ commented Yury Kupriyanov, Director of Novosibirsk Branch of Sibirtelecom OJSC and Deputy General Director.   

The MFC will provide over 130 state and municipal services that are most popular in Novosibirsk. In the Center there are 67 windows for acceptance and issue of documents. Any citizen of Novosibirsk can make an appointment beforehand to visit the Center at a convenient time just calling at 052.   

The representatives of Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Russia, Executive and Legislative powers of Novosibirsk and the region attended the MFC opening ceremony.
