Kazakh Government Will Continue Reconstruction of Communal Management

- According to Road Map, about 48 billion tenge will be allocated in 2010 for repair of engineer networks in all regions of the country. In 2009 we realized 812 porjects and realized projects for the sum 60,7 billion tenge.
As part of the programme, it is also planned to facilitate the distribution of flats among military officers. It was also proposed to give out municipal flats to companies which will distribute it among their employees in stead of giving it directly to individuals. Amendments will also be introduced for the cooperative system and flat owners.

"We believe that one of the key directions in this sphere is the distribution of housing among low-income individuals. Last year, we provided only communal assistance. Now, we can give housing to these people. They can also pay bills in a preliminary manner."
