OREANDA-NEWS. January 13, 2010. The Russian Bank for Development that implements the SME Lending Support program is continuing to build up lending volumes under the program “Refinancing”, reported the press-centre of RBD.

The Bank has signed a loan facility agreement with SKB-Bank (Ekaterinburg) for a total amount of RUR 60 million.

Pursuant to the agreement the RBD’s funds are channeled to small and medium-sized enterprises in the Sverdlovsk Oblast (RUR 40 million) and the Tyumen Oblast (RUR 20 million) operating in producing and innovative sectors.
