OREANDA-NEWS. January 13, 2010. The AMF informs that the size of the tranche was AZN 3 million.

“Four investors took part in the auction. Volume of the claims totaled AZN 6.99 million at face value, thus, all volume of bonds, submitted in the auction (AZN 3 million at face value) was placed in full,” it was informed.

On 29th May 2009, the Fund’s issue prospectus of bonds for AZN 55 million was registered by the State Securities Committee (SSC).  Placement of the AMF bonds was started from 16 June 2009. So far bonds for AZN 52 million have been offered at auction and all volume of bonds was placed in full.

The maturity date is 10 May 2016. Face value of a bond is AZN 1,000 and profitability was fixed at the level of 3%.

The first payment of interests on the AMF bonds took place on 14 December 2009.
