Joint stock company National company Food contract corporation (hereinafter - the Corporation) informs that in compliance with the loan agreement # b/n of August 24, 2007 (hereinafter - the agreement), signed with Rabobank International, the Corporation on December 30, 2009 early repaid the first tranche in the amount of USD30,380,000. Also on December 30, 2009 in compliance  with the agreement terms was paid the interest in the amount of USD80,269.70.
