OREANDA-NEWS. January 08, 2010. At the end of December 2009, official reserve assets made up LTL 16 billion (EUR 4.6 billion). They decreased in December by LTL 2.3 billion, i.e. by 12.4 per cent; however, during 2009, their increase made up LTL 228.5 million, i.e. 1.4 per cent.
