OREANDA-NEWS. January 8, 2010. In response to changes on local and international money markets DnB NORD Bankas, will change individual and corporate time deposit rates in litas, euro and US dollars currencies from the 7th of January.

DnB NORD Bankas litas term deposit annual rates shall range from 0.01 to 6.25 percent depending on term chosen. For example the bank shall pay 5.5 percent annual interest rate for five-month deposits up to LTL 100 thousand in the Bank’s outlet.

For euro term deposits interest rate will range from 0.01 to 2.95 percent. For term deposits in US dollars the annual rates shall vary from 0.01 to 2.75 percent.

DnB NORD Bankas pays 0.25 percentage point premium on standard rates for deposits placed via Internet, therefore the annual interest for example three month time deposit in litas will increase up to 5.15 percent.
