17 Million Tons of Oil Pumped through Atyrau-Samara Section
OREANDA-NEWS. January 8, 2010. 17th million ton of oil was pumped through Atyrau-Samara section of "Uzen-Atyrau-Samara" pipeline.
Such record figure was reached from the beginning of the current year. Earlier annual volume of oil transportation through the given section did not exceed this threshold (according to results of 2008 16 mln. 770 thou. tons were pumped through Atyrau-Samara section).

According to factual results for 11 months JSC "KazTransOil" increased volume of oil transportation for 7%.
The volume of transportation of oil through the system of main pipelines of JSC "KazTransOil" for 11 months 2009 comprised 46 mln. 360 thou. tons. In comparison with the same period of 2008 the volume of transportation grew for 3 mln. 053 thou. tons (factual for 11 months of 2008 was 43 mln. 307 thou. tons).
The cargo turnover through the system of main pipelines of JSC "KazTransOil" for 11 months of 2009 was calculated to be 30 billion 609 mln. tons km. In comparison with the same period of last year the oil cargo turnover increased for 998 mln. tons km (factual for 11 months of 2008 comprised 29 billion 612 mln. tons km.).
15 mln. 982 thou. tons of oil were pumped through "Uzen-Atyrau-Samara" oil pipeline during 11 months of the current year. In comparison with the same period of 2008, the volume of transportation of oil grew for 663 thou.tons (factual for 11 months of 2008 comprised 15 mln. 320 thou. tons of oil).
The volume of oil transfer to "Atasu-Alashankou" oil pipeline during the reporting period comprised 7 mln. 017 thou. tons. In comparison with the same period of 2008 the given indicator increased for 1 mln. 453 thou.tons (factual for 11 months of 2008 comprised 5 mln. 563 thou.tons).
