OREANDA-NEWS. January 5, 2010. Sistema-Hals (LSE, MICEX, RTS: HALS), a major Russian real estate company, announced that on December 28 the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders approved the election of the following members to the Company's Board of Directors:

Alyona Deryabina (Bank VTB, Vice President, Head of Non-core assets);

Sergei Drozdov (AFK Sistema, Senior Vice President, Head of the Property unit);

Felix Evtushenkov (AFK Sistema, Vice President, Head of Consumer Assets Business unit);

Pavel Kosov (Bank VTB, Senior Vice President);

Andrey Nesterenko (Sistema-Hals, President);

Evgueny Plaksenkov (Independent Director);

Andrey Puchkov (Bank VTB, Deputy President).

The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders also elected the Audit Commission.
