OREANDA-NEWS. January 5, 2010. All heating electric stations and heating grids of JSC “Yenisei TGC (TGC-13) are ready to operate during the coming New Year holidays.

During the holidays and day offs from 1 January to 10 January 2010, generating stations of JSC “Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)” will be operating under routine regime carrying capacities due to the order of the Krasnoyarsk regional dispatch office.

Moreover, additional organizational measures on provision of reliable operation over the holidays and day offs have been implemented in order to provide inhabitants of Krasnoyarsk, its districts and the Republic of Khakassia with failure-free heat and hot water supply. Special examination of general technological equipment and control over implementation of repair works has been started at all Company’s production departments.

Additional technological acts to prevent failures in operation of general and additional equipment are being carried out at heating electric stations. Specialists of the “Krasnoyarsk heating system” branch implement control beat of the heat trace on the eve of holidays. Special attention is paid to sections with significant depreciation of pipes.

Duty of main accident prevention teams consisting from the Company’s employee as well as additional ones consisting from specialists of JSC “Krasnoyarskenergospetsremont” contracting organization has been organized. Readiness of special equipment necessary for prevention and elimination of accidents has been provided for. Supplies store has been established.

The Company obtains significant amount of fuel at its stores taking into account low temperatures. Fuel supply at electric stations is being strictly controlled.

Measures aimed at strengthening of objects, regime premises and dispatch control points protection have been implemented. Fire prevention regime has been made more severe.

Control over operation of energy enterprises over holidays and day offs is to be carried out by directors of Yenisei TGC executive body, productive departments, and dispatch service employees. The duty schedule for directors of the executive body and the Company’s branches has already been worked out. Duties answerable for control over reliable operation regime provision have been appointed at every energy object. Over the low temperature days, directors of the Company and major heating energy objects will carry out day and night duty together with operating personnel.
