OREANDA-NEWS. January 05, 2010. JSC Eurasia Insurance Company has reinsured Club Rannalhi, one of the most famous hotels of the Maldive Islands, located in Male, the capital of the Republic of Maldives.

The ideal location of the hotel, favorable climate and modern, luxurious accommodation conditions make it one of the most popular places for tourists. Naturally, the owners of the hotel strive to provide a reliable insurance for it, especially considering the fact that the total sum insured makes almost USD17 mln. Reinsurance of this kind of objects may be trusted only to the companies having confirmed international rating and high capitalization, and Eurasia Insurance Company of Kazakhstan belongs to this tier of companies.

The reinsurance contract provides full cover of the risks of a fire, lightning stroke, explosion, tsunami, cyclone, storm, hurricane, flood, fall of piloted aircrafts or their wrecks or items out of them on the insured property, burglary, robbery or brigandage, and even risks of rebellions, strikes, lockouts, civil disorders, illegal actions by third parties.

The contract also provides for cover of the risks related to contents of the building, values and owners’ liability to third parties.
