OREANDA-NEWS. January 05, 2010. At a regular session on 30 December 2009 the Tariff Council of Azerbaijan considered an issue of regulation of tariffs for connection (monthly use) fiber-optic cable network AzStateNet.

The Ministry of Communications & Information Technologies informs that decisions on approval of new tariffs were made in the course of the session.

“According to Council’s decision, for connection to network equipment it was endorsed monthly tariff of 250 manats for use from symmetric digital port for of Ethernet 10 Mb/s, 400 manats for use of 100 Mb/s, 280 manats for port Е1 2 Mb/s, 170 manats for xDSL 2 Mb/s,” it was reported.

The new tariffs came into effect on 1 January 2010.
