OREANDA-NEWS. January 4, 2010. By the order of Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation dated 30.11.09 № 219 changes were brought to the order of Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation dated 17.12.07 № 189 “About the Approving of the List of Port Dues in the Russian Federation”, registered by Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on 26.12.07 (registration № 10827) with changes brought by the order of Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation dated 28.01.09 № 13, registered by Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on 23.03.09 (registration № 13564).

According to the brought changes item 2 of the order of Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation dated 17.12.07 № 189 “About the Approving of the List of Port Dues in the Russian Federation” with changes brought by the order of Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation dated 28.01.09 № 13 states the following:

• tonnage dues are being collected by administrations of seaports;

• FSUE “Rosmorport” collects canal, navigation, light, icebreaking dues;

• FSUE “Rosmorport” and economic entities, providing services on pilotage and ecological safety in port collect pilotage and ecology dues.
