OREANDA-NEWS. December 30, 2009. Under the SME Lending Support Program the Russian Bank for Development is continuing to extend a network of regional counter-party banks regarding the product “Refinancing” and is attracting new regions to be involved in the Program. Within the framework of this work a loan facility agreement was concluded with OOO AltaiCapitalBank (Barnaul).

Pursuant to the agreement the allocated financial resources in the amount of RUR 130 million are channeled to small and medium-sized enterprises in the Altai Krai and the Republic of Adygeya (RUR 100 million and 30 million respectively).

Using these resources AltaiCapitalBank will provide loans to SMEs producing agricultural goods and operating in food industry. Alongside the funds will be forwarded to enterprises producing special pumps, building enterprises and service sector SMEs.
