OREANDA-NEWS. December 30, 2009. Within the framework of SME Lending Support Program the Russian Bank for Development has extended a special-purpose loan worth RUR 31 million to OAO TEMBR-Bank for SME lending in the Amur Oblast.

Pursuant to the agreement the RBD’s financial resources are channeled to small and medium enterprises of Priamurie involved in production of plastic and metal goods including products for construction as well as to service establishments.
