OREANDA-NEWS. December 30, 2009. International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group and MEGABANK, PJSC signed the agreement about long-term credit granting. The amount of 10 million dollars of the USA was given to MEGABANK, PJSC as sub-debt for the term of seven years. As the head of the board, Ms. Zhukova, marked the subscription of this agreement was put into effect in the context of long-term financing pocket. The resources of the sub-debt increase the bank's capitalization, liquidity and guarantee the additional possibility of ukrainian's economy crediting.

On the 28-th of July IFC and MEGABANK, PJSC signed the agreement concerning the accordance of the financing pocket. It includes the resources in amount of 10 million dollars of the USA in the form of four-year converted credit and another 10 million dollars of the USA by way of seven-year sub-debt.
