The main approaches to implementation of production system "Rosatom" at NPPs of Russia as one of the key topics were discussed at meeting of directorate of JSC "Concern Rosenergoatom" on 27 November.

In the meeting that was held at Kalinin NPP participated General director of the concern Sergey Obozov, directors of Russian nuclear power plants, management of central administration of the Concern. The managers considered results of implementation of the system and discussed the main tasks for 2010.

Production system "Rosatom" (PSR) sets as goal increase of the branch enterprises efficiency. The final result which is necessary to obtain at the level of State corporation "Rosatom", is improvement of performance, perfection of quality, costs reduction and satisfaction of customer’s requirements.

In accordance with order of General director of SC "Rosatom" S.V. Kirienko, "Rosenergoatom" is appointed coordinator of implementation of production system in organizations of the Corporation.

Besides Kalinin nuclear power plant, the list of pilot sites for implementation of PSR in Concern "Rosenergoatom" includes Volgodonskaya, Leningrad, Novovoronezh NPPs, as well as Leningrad NPP-2 and Novovoronezh NPP-2.

In the framework of the meeting, the participants visited building area of power unit No. 4, examined one of the pilot projects of implementation of production system – assembly workshop.
