Stockholders of Krasnogorsk Commercial Sea Port "(Krasnogorsk, Tomarinsky district of Sakhalin region) at their annual meeting have elected five new members to the board of directors, the company report reads. They have also submitted for approval the year-end balance report of a loss and approval of the company's auditor "Audit-Consulting".
