Eurasian Bank Increased Authorized Capital
OREANDA-NEWS. December 30, 2009. Eurasian Bank (Almaty), securities of which are present in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, informed KASE that Eurasian Bank increased the authorized capital.
In compliance with the Bank Board of Directors decision of December 23 were sold 1, 377,718 common shares to the amount of KZT9,000,080,606.80. As a result the authorized capital increased from KZT15,210,123,868.00 to KZT24,210,204,474.80.
Eurasian Industrial Company bought shares, which now holds 9% of Eurasian Bank shares. The remaining 91% belong to Eurasian Financial Company the owner of both companies are Alidjan Ibragimov, Patoh Shodiev and Alexander Mashkevich.
