OREANDA-NEWS. December 29, 2009. Collective agreement of Kalinin nuclear power plant for years 2010-2012 is adopted. The document was approved unanimously on 24 November at conference of labor collective. 156 delegates from workshops and subdivisions of Kalinin NPP participated in the conference. From Central administration of concern "Rosenergoatom", Victor Grigoryevich Kostyuk, director of Department of labor arrangement, salary and social guarantees, attended the conference.

"The current collective agreement proved vital activity of its main provisions, noted director of Kalinin NPP Leonid Ivanovich Martynovchenko. – the document is purposed for protection of interests of the nuclear power plant employees".

In the new version of the Collective agreement the set of social privileges and compensations was kept, new types of social privileges were adopted. Moreover, in the document provisions of Branch agreement on nuclear energy sector, industry and science for 2009-2011 years, and Corporate agreement of the Concern for 2009-2011 years.

Before the final conference in subdivisions of the nuclear power plant the draft document was discussed. Notes and suggestions received from employees were analyzed by bi-lateral commission. Some notes are already taken into account in the Collective agreement, the rest of suggestions were accepted for work results of which will be reported to the staff.

Validity of the Collective agreement of Kalinin NPP for years 2006-2009 expires on 31 December of the current year.
