OREANDA-NEWS. December 29, 2009. KazTransCom  (Almaty, hereinafter - the company), common shares of which are present in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, provided to KASE the copy of registered changes to its shares issue prospectus and certificate on government registration of securities issue of December 23, 2009, replacing previously issued.

According to mentioned documents:

- the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of  Financial Market and Financial Organizations (AFS) registered changes to shares issue prospectus;

- the mentioned certificate was replaced due to the company location change;
- the total number of authorized shares of the company is 3,115,738 units,  including 3,000,000 - common shares KZ1C11750011 and 115,738 - preferred shares KZ1P11750117;

- the shares issue was included to the State Securities Register under number А1175;

- as of May 27, 2009 were placed 2,386,898 common and 115,738 preferred shares, its authorized capital was formed in the size of KZT50,052,720.
