LITGRID UAB, the company owned by LIETUVOS ENERGIJA has established a daughter company BAL POOL UAB to function as electricity market operator.  “Upon receiving the market operator license, the company will perform functions of Lithuanian electricity market operator, ensure electricity market operation and organize electricity trade in Lithuania” – said  Mr. Vidmantas Grusas, General Manager of LITGRID UAB. The authorized capital of the company – LTL 300 thousand. 100 per cent shares of the newly established company are owned by LITGRID UAB. BALTPOOL UAB was registered at Juozapaviciaus g. 13, Vilnius, The Republic of Lithuania.
