OREANDA-NEWS. December 28, 2009. JSC "Grindeks" informs, that Supervisory Council reappointed Janis Romanovskis as the Chairman of the Board and Lipmans Zeligmans, Director of Final Dosage Forms Manufacturing, as a Board Member. They have been reappointed for the next three years.

The reason for the reappointment - expiry of terms of office on 2 January 2010.

Vadims Rabsa, Finance and Administrative Director continues to work as a Board Member. His terms of office will expire on 13 October 2011.

Supervisory Council of "Grindeks" - Kirovs Lipmans, Chairman of the Council (ownership interests - 33.29%), Vitalijs Gavrilovs, Deputy Chairman of the Council  (ownership interests - 11,30%), Anna Lipmane, Member of the Council (ownership interests - 16,69%), Uldis Osis, Member of the Council and Janis Naglis, Member of the Council.
