OREANDA-NEWS. December 28, 2009. A mill of LPK MDF LLC (affiliate structure of Yugra Generations Fund in Mortka community, Khanty-Mansi autonomous district) reached again its rated capacity, 5,000 cubic meters of medium and high-density wood fiberboard per month, as the company informed.

The mill has orders till the end of the year, portfolio for the first quarter 2010 is being completed. The enterprise went through a self-implemented modernization. Now two formats are being manufactured, for the domestic market and export ones (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Iran). The company relates difficulties at the mill with the global financial crisis. Presently, around 600 people are employed at the mill. It has its own sawmilling complex and harvesting business, therefore the company says that raw timber supply issue is solved effectively.
