OREANDA-NEWS. December 24, 2009. Members of the Board of Directors of IDGC of Centre, JSC decided to approve the credit plan of the Company for the 1st quarter at the meeting held on December 17, 2009.

According to the plan till March, 2010 IDGC of Centre, JSC plans to raise 1,31 bln Rubles of the long-term funds necessary the Company for financing the investment program.

It is planned to repay the current loan receivables in the amount of 840 mln Rubles as of the 1st quarter 2010.

The Company observes positive dynamics of interest rate reduction as compared with the same period of the last year and raises credit resources on more favorable conditions.
