listing on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE on random checks of collateral of on bonds of Temirbank, according to data of a collateral register as on October 1, 2009.

Based on the checks Bank CenterCredit informed collateral state and ratio comply with requirements of issue prospectuses of the bonds and collateral agreements, however, some collateral represents expired debt before Temirbank. According to the checks Bank CenterCredit recommended Temirbank increase quality of control of data input in the collateral register and collateral monitoring and inform of steps taken.
