Ust-Luga Company JSC was established in 1992 for the construction of a new commercial port in the Luga Bay of the Gulf of Finland. The company’s activity is largely focused on creation of Russia's largest multipurpose commercial port of Ust-Luga as well as the social and economic development of adjacent territories.
