OREANDA-NEWS. December 23, 2009. UTair Finance, a fully owned subsidiary of UTair Aviation, successfully disbursed interest payments in accordance with the bond put date on its interest-bearing inconvertible bonds, series 03, state registration issue number 4-03-36059-R and dated 23.11.2006.

The offer agent received bond obligations for the payment to the sum of 411 m rubles, 25% of all the bonds of this issue on the market. Its secondary issue was successfully held in 2009. The obligations to the sum of 382 m rubles have already been paid. The volume of acceptor obligations, consisting of a nominal share of all the traded bonds of this issue on the market, demonstrates the confidence of investors in the airline.

UTair Finance bonds have been traded on the A1 quotation list since July 2008.

In 2009 rating agency Expert RA awarded an A rating to the issuer.

UTair Finance is a wholly owned subsidiary of UTair Aviation, established to develop and implement investment programs for UTair Aviation, the bond issue guarantor.
