OREANDA-NEWS. December 23, 2009. Sitting of the Board of Directors of Joint Stock Commercial Bank AK BARS took place. Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and Chairman of National Bank of Tatarstan Evgeniy Bogachev participated in the meeting, reported the press-centre of AK BARS Bank.

The Board of Directors approved annual financial plan of AK BARS Bank for 2010. Issues concerning development of retail and corporate business of the Bank for 2010 were also discussed.

Members of the Board approved the plan for Internal Control department for 2010, adopted a decision on placing orders in the organizations of the disabled, prolonged the term of office of the Chairman of AK BARS Bank Management Board Robert Minnegaliev and approved large and related-party deals.
