OREANDA-NEWS. December 22, 2009. As the commercial director of SC "Termocom" Mihail Arusoi has announced during the operational meeting in the City Hall, in addition, "Chisinau – Gas” SRL has warned the company on the suspension of the natural gas supply.

In this regard, the general mayor Dorin Chirtoaca said that the municipality of Chisinau will not accept blackmail from "Chisinau-Gaz, HEC-1 and HEC-2 and will not allow such approach to SC Termocom. The mayor stressed that the actions of "Chisinau - Gas and HEC do not withstand any criticism. Dorin Chirtoaca called for the revision of the contract between the SC Termocom and Chisinau – Gas SRL, which provides that the gas consumed must be paid in the subsequent month.

According to the mayor, the contract between these enterprises must be signed under the same conditions as the contracts between Termocom and the managers of the housing stock, since population is able to pay the bills for 12 months and the supplier is obliged to pay immediately. Dorin Chirtoaca noted the necessity to unite three companies producing heat and to improve the efficiency of service.

The mayor noted that he waits for the decision of ANRE, expressing belief that the price of heat will not rise. He also stressed that, in case of attempts to disconnect the capital from the heat supply, these facts will be investigated in accordance with the Criminal Code provisions.
