OREANDA-NEWS. December 21, 2009. A three-party agreement on partnership has been signed among JSC “Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)”, Youth City located in Kirov district, Krasnoyarsk city, and “City of Youth” Krasnoyarsk youth public organization under the “Krasnoyarsk Youth Forum – 2009” which took place from 7 December till 10 December 2009 in Krasnoyarsk.

The agreement will allow the parties for participation and in organization and implementation of joint actions and events aimed at development of Krasnoyarsk young people’ creativity. Among the directions of partnership, implementation of the project on improvement of different industrial objects by young people is planned. A “Paint!” graffiti festival took place in August 2009 within the frameworks of “New Names” city project. Participants of the even – street artists painted walls of the heating point which was property of JSC “Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)” at Severny micro district with square of 75 square meters. Street artists appointing graffiti are willing to draw at different city objects to make a attractive image of the city.

As Head of the Public Relations Department of Yenisei TGC Larisa Koshkina said while signing the agreement, “creative energy of young people is the future of Krasnoyarsk city. Art, vigour and talent of young people will give incentives to development and prosperity. The most important thing is to support the energy and target it. Yenisei TGC is interested in initiatives which allow creative young people to unlock their creative potential and improve the city as well”.
