OREANDA-NEWS. December 21, 2009. Integra Group (LSE:INTE), a leading independent provider of onshore oilfield services and manufacturer of oilfield services equipment, announces that funds in the amount of RR 2.6 billion (USD 90.2 million) accumulated and not used for the repayment of the bond issue under the put option on December 3, 2009 were transferred to partial prepayment of the EBRD syndicated facility.

This partial prepayment reduces the outstanding amount under the EBRD facility to USD 93.3 million. Total debt of Integra Group will amount to USD  219 million.
